Condition and Grading

Unless a grade or authentication is specifically identified as having been issued by an independent professional grading or authentication service, any condition or grade stated by Puma's Vintage should be understood as our assessment and not an independent certification.
Vintage products may contain normal variations, wear, aging, discoloration, packaging damage, repairs, replacement components, or other characteristics consistent with their age and history. Material issues known to us will be disclosed when reasonably possible.
Availability
Many products offered by Heroes West Coast are unique or available in quantities of one.
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable before inventory information on the website is updated. If we cannot fulfill an order, the customer will be notified and any payment for the unavailable item will be refunded.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or listing errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Puma's Vintage reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the Puma's Vintage name, branding, website design, original text, and original photography are owned by or used with permission of Puma's Vintage and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Names, logos, characters, artwork, and trademarks associated with products offered for sale remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is for purposes of identifying and describing collectible merchandise and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
