Refund Policy
Heroes West Coast sells vintage, collectible, pre-owned, and often one-of-a-kind merchandise. Because condition and completeness can vary considerably, customers should carefully review product descriptions and photographs before purchasing.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To request a return, contact us through our Contact Us page before sending the item back.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include any packaging, accessories, documentation, or other components originally included with the item.
Collectible Condition
Normal wear, aging, discoloration, packaging wear, or other characteristics that were shown in photographs or disclosed in the product listing are not considered defects.
Because condition can materially affect the value of collectible merchandise, we reserve the right to decline a refund if an item has been altered, opened, used, damaged, repaired, cleaned, removed from collectible packaging, or otherwise changed after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was materially different from its description.
Items should be returned using appropriate protective packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable merchandise.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are refundable, except where required by law or when a return results from an error by Heroes West Coast.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an item materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging, and any visible damage so we can evaluate the issue.
Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Final-Sale Items
Items specifically identified as Final Sale in the product listing cannot be returned except where required by law or if the item received was materially different from its description.
