Where We Ship

Heroes West Coast currently ships to the United States and select international destinations.

 

Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout based on the order and destination.

Processing Times vary and all shipping costs must be verified. 

 

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 15 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may vary for weekends, holidays, unusually large items, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Packaging

We understand that condition matters to collectors. Items are packaged with reasonable care appropriate to the type, size, and condition of the collectible.

 

Whenever practical, collectible packaging and other condition-sensitive items will be protected to reduce movement and damage during transit.

 

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

 

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Puma's Vintage. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and retain the item, packaging, shipping box, and packing materials.

 

Please provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and, when applicable, work with the shipping carrier.

 

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
